I started my weight loss journey not too long ago, I was surprised to see they offer comfort food and traditional mexican food! The enchiladas suizas were delicious, they are very much recommended! As well as the cucumber lemonade! The penguino style protein cupcake was insanely good too. If youre looking to eat good and stay within your defecit as well as meet your protein goals you need to give them a try! 😉😉 Also, shout out to Elizabeth her customer service is amazing! 💖💖😉😉

I’ve been coming to Golden Fit Meals while working in Laredo and it has quickly become one of my go-to spots. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and actually healthy without feeling like “diet food.” The portions are generous, the ingredients taste high quality, and there are plenty of options whether you’re trying to stay on track with fitness goals or just want a good meal. The staff is always friendly and service is quick. It’s hard to find healthy food that’s this convenient and tastes this good. Highly recommend!

Golden Fit Meals is an incredible service. If you are a fitness fanatic or someone looking to save time, Golden Fit is an ideal option. They have a large variety of nutritious meals, and are seed oil conscious (meaning they don’t cook with bad oils like vegetable or canola). Amazing value coming in at less than $10.00 per meal for the 60-meal plan, of high quality ingredients. That’s less than a meal from many fast food places. Only monthly fee is delivery fee. Lots of special promotions as well. Same day delivery options and flexible substitutions so you do not have to waste time waiting for meals from the big brands that come frozen. Not to mention that the excellent customer service and attention to detail. And look at the portions (8 oz), WOW 👀. Would give 7/5 stars if I could, thank you Golden Fit Meals!
